Septic Backup Causes Damage

The homeowner was informed of their wood floor buckling and that is how they found they had two separate floor drains in their basement backing up under the flooring. It affected a bedroom, hallway, theater and closet; the flooring affected was padding and carpet on concrete and wood flooring laid over concrete. Unfortunately, the wood floor had to be taken up and it had affected carpet and padding as well, but at the homeowners request, the guys did not take up the carpet but will be cleaning the carpets for the homeowner before company comes for the holiday season.  The customer said we did a great job and was thankful for the quick response.
