Local Theater Damaged by Heavy Rain
A sump-pump in this this local theater could not keep up with the heavy rainfall during a recent spring storm. Parts of the seating area as well as in front of and under the stage were affected.
Fortunately no rehearsals or productions were scheduled for a few weeks and SERVPRO of Carthage-Joplin had plenty of time to properly handle the matter.
Extraction and standard drying methods were used to get this theater dry and healthy in just a few days.
Because of the quick action by the theater staff in alerting us of the issue and the fast action by our responding personnel the matter was dealt with in a few days and now the show can go on.
