Water Damage & Mold In Basement in Nevada, MO

This started as a water damage that affected the storage room, living room, hallway, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The crew had to go in and do two foot flood cuts throughout the home in order to remove the wet drywall and soaked insulation. There was also mold found through out the home and the crew also got approval from the tenants to remove what they needed to in order to get rid of the mold and make sure the home would be dry and mold free in order to avoid more problems in the future. Luckily the studs beneath the drywall was dry and after the flood cuts the crew was able to leave just the humidifiers running to help with controlling the humidity during the mold cleaning.
