Underground Line Collapsed in Joplin, MO

An underground line collapsed at a local place of residence causing the basement to flood. At one point there was nearly 3 feet of water in the basement. It covered 2 rooms, hallway and utility area. We were able to extract the water and help relieve some of the stress from the occupants and get them back to normal.
