I live in Columbus, KS. SERVPRO is definitely a 5 star company. The following teams visited my home: David and D'Andre; Jonathan and Carlos; and Derek McElroy. They're all outstanding employees. I can't find enough positive adjectives to describe their level of work. Derek McElroy even called to see if he could do anything else for me. They're definitely the company to call in a disaster. I'm looking forward to working with the restoration crew.

The water damage team was very quick to respond to our 5am call on 12/23. They brought a team to control the damage and dry us out early that morning and we are finally dry and the fans are gone. Thank you, Jonathan Carlos, Trevor, Clay, Daniel, JP for getting us through step one of this process. You have made it easy. I know we were the first call from this freeze and now you are overwhelmed with jobs. I hope you get some rest soon.

Our pipe froze and burst the day before Christmas Eve, it flooded the entire basement. Jonathan and Carlos came over the next day, on Christmas Eve, cleaned up the water, removed the flooring and set up the dehumidifiers. They also stopped by everyday afterwards until they made sure the water was completely dried up. They are professional, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and they have the admirable amazing work ethics. We are so impressed and thankful for their service. They are truly the best and we recommend them without any reservation. Thank you Jonathan and Carlos!!!

They did a good job of packing up & cleaning all of my contents. They brought everything back & setup & put all everything back together for me. Everyone was great to work with.

We had an unfortunate incident with a skunk that came through the ductwork into the house - turns out, they don’t have to spray to leave an odor! Once we got the ductwork replaced/repaired, SERVPRO came in and did an amazing job of cleaning and deodorizing. I finally feel like our house is our home again. I can’t recommend this company enough!
